No More Toiling When You’re Broiling

Many home cooks use glass and metal baking dishes interchangeably in their cooking. But if you’ve ever used these dishes to broil food, then you probably remember things not “panning out” as you expected. The likely culprit? Your pan. Metal and glass baking dishes can’t withstand the direct high heat of your broiler, causing them to warp or break when exposed to the broiler’s high temperature. However, broiler-safe baking dishes can bear the direct high heat of the broiler and give you the ability to cook, melt, brown, crisp, and caramelize foods safely and quickly. This is often referred to as “broiler bliss” amongst die-hard broiler fans. Fun, right?

"Worth its weight in gold for the practical cook who wants to feel confident about putting good food on the table."
