A Less Messy Mealtime

The right bib CAN reduce the amount of cleaning you have to do. But choose wisely! Choosing a bib with a quick-drying, three-dimensional catching tray is the most important factor.

This bib combined materials for the best of both worlds. It had a broad silicone catching tray on the bottom and fabric on top for comfort. The neck closure had a long strip of Velcro that allowed for a range of sizes; we liked this feature because the bib fit babies of many ages and we could fasten it as tight as we needed to keep the tops of shirts clean. The fabric top took a hair longer to dry than the 100 percent silicone and plastic models, but we think it’s a worthwhile trade-off for comfort. The bib also rolled up for easy transport.
