A special Cook's Illustrated 25th anniversary issue with reader-selected recipes
For this special edition we reached out to our fans and asked them to share their favorite Cook's Illustrated recipes. We, of course, asked for favorite main dishes, vegetable sides, breads, salads, desserts, and more. But we also got creative. We wanted to know which recipes made our fans fall in love with Cook's Illustrated in the first place, which ones they pull out for easy entertaining, and which ones they've made so many times that they know them by heart.
Once we tallied up the results, we took the top 65 recipes, and laid them out here in beautiful full color, along with their original feature-length stories and science-packed sidebars.
