Some of the recipes you'll find inside:

Cauliflower Steak

Cauliflower makes for an excellent side dish and a surprisingly satisfying meal. When cooked, its nutty, sweet flavor and meaty texture can hold its own against any kind of meat. Since most cauliflower steak recipes involve a combination of stovetop and oven cooking, we streamlined our preparation by using a steam-then-roast method where all of the cooking takes place in the oven. Fuss-free and flavor packed, our Cauliflower Steak is a solo diner’s dream dinner come true.

Juiciest Stovetop Pork Chops

Preparing juicy, tender, perfectly browned pork chops for one requires the use of thicker chops (we prefer ¾- to 1-inch thickness) and the right size pan (10-inch skillet). Using a medium-size pan helped us achieve better browning, giving the chops a soft and succulent crust.

Stovetop Spinach Macaroni and Cheese

There’s a reason macaroni and cheese is a go-to comfort food for so many home cooks–it’s a bowl of pasta coated in a rich and creamy cheese sauce! We relied on real American cheese and extra-sharp cheddar for our recipe, adding in baby spinach for some freshness. And if you’re not sold yet on why you should skip a prepackaged box with a cheese packet, our recipe requires no draining. With less mess and less stress, this recipe is comfort on demand.

Edible Cookie Dough

Sometimes you just want cookie dough. Not a cookie, just cookie dough. Because raw cookie dough contains eggs, which can be unsafe to eat raw, we created a delicious and simple egg-free version you can whip up in a flash. Because flour is also unsafe to eat in raw form, we microwaved it to remove any bacteria. Using brown sugar helped us to create a deeper flavor in the dough. Pop-able rounds of pure delight, you can freeze these for future use.
